11/2 – Cross Country SCCAL final at Pinto Lake County Park

🏃‍♂️🏆🏃‍♀️ What an unforgettable day at the iconic Pinto Lake County Park! The Santa Cruz Cardinal boys and girls gave it their all in the SCCAL League final, and the results are in! 🥇 Eli emerged as our League Champion, leading the boys’ team to a solid 2nd place finish, securing their spot in the CCS Championship next week at Crystal Springs XC Course in Belmont on Nov 11. 🌟 On the girls’ side, despite some tough competition, our Santa Cruz girls placed 4th, with junior Heidi Green shining bright with a fantastic time of 19:41. Heidi is our lone girl runner representing Santa Cruz at CCS next week, and we couldn’t be prouder. Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we head into the next leg of this thrilling journey! 💪🏁
