The Cardinal Club supports, funds and celebrates our Santa Cruz High athletes!
Founded in 1970, the SCHS Cardinal Club Athletic Boosters is a non-profit, parent-led organization supporting all student-athletes at Santa Cruz High School. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that empowers athletes of all genders and backgrounds to excel in their chosen sports.
What we do: We help raise money for the Santa Cruz High School athletic department as well as boost school spirit and encourage community engagement.
The Cardinal Club raises money through membership drives, annual fundraising events, seasonal events, snack shack sales, merchandise sales, community donations and sponsorships. The Cardinal Club funds are used to supplement uniform and equipment purchases and other needs for Santa Cruz High athletes, support facility improvements, and award annual scholarships for graduating senior athletes. The Cardinal Club also assists the athletic teams in their own fundraising efforts.
Meetings: The Cardinal Club meets monthly on the first Wednesday at 6pm in the Santa Cruz High Library. You can also join via Google Meet Link or use +1 786-581-6662 PIN: 972 946 167# to dial in. Please check the school calendar for upcoming meetings.
Membership: It’s easy to become to a member by visiting the Membership page. The annual membership plans include a pass for entry to regular season home games and matches. Booster members are invited to attend all meetings and events. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for upcoming events.
Get involved: We are a 100% volunteer-run organization. In addition to fundraising, we promote school spirit and community involvement in the athletic programs. See the many ways that you can participate.
