End of Season Event Planning
Many teams have an end of season team dinner to give out awards, varsity letters, team pins, and certificates. This is a great way to end the season. The cost of the dinner can be paid for using team funds. Use the Team Funds Request Form form below to submit receipts for any expenses. Varsity letters, sports patches, and certificates can be obtained from Coach E. Varsity Award Certificates can be filled out with the Sport, athlete’s name, year, and the coaches signature. You can use these templates to print the information on the certificate.

Student-Athlete College Commitment Signing Day- Public Relations
Each sports season, the SCHS Athletic Director (AD) designates a college signing day for student-athletes who have committed to compete at the collegiate level. Students and/or parents should notify the AD as soon as possible of their college commitment and their intent to participate.

The AD will arrange a signing table and display college materials in the school gym or auditorium. The AD will also take photographs during the event. Students and families are encouraged to invite family members, friends, and media to attend.

To participate, please coordinate directly with Athletic Director Erik Redding via email.

Financial Forms
Access this page to request pre-approvals, purchase orders, check requests and more directly from the SCHS Athletic Department funds. Navigate to the bottom of the SCHS Athletics page to access multiple forms. All SCHS athletic accounts are under the umbrella of the Associated Student Body and must adhere to the Associated Student Body Accounting Manual, Fraud Prevention Guide and Desk Reference from FCMAT. In order for any sports to host or participate in a fundraiser, spend money out of their account including purchasing uniforms and equipment or registering for tournaments, proper paperwork must be submitted to the Athletic Director. This then gets approved by ASB and the school administration.
