Team Funds Request Process

Please use the Cardinal Club Team Funds Request Form and follow the steps below to request team-specific monetary donations from the SCHS Cardinal Club. Please be aware that the process for fund distribution, uniform purchase, and delivery can take more than a month. Please  submit requests as soon as possible

  1. Complete the Funds Request Form
    • Fill out all sections of the form thoroughly
    • Include detailed information about the specific purchase
    • Attach a copy of at least two bids and all invoices for the fund-requested items
  2. Submit to Athletic Director
    • Present the completed form to the Athletic Director
    • Obtain the Athletic Director’s approval and signature
  3. Attend Cardinal Club Monthly Meeting and bring your completed request form
    • When: 1st Wednesday of each month
    • Time: 6:00 PM
    • Location: School Library
  4. Present Your Request Be prepared to answer questions about:
    • The specific funding request
    • Your team’s fundraising efforts
    • Contributions to the Cardinal Club community
    • Parent involvement in fundraising activities
  5. Follow-Up
    • Await the Cardinal Clubs decision
    • If approved, follow provided instructions for fund disbursement
